Hello Guil,

I had a chance to look deeper into your problem.
I did quite some steps to replicate your exact case.
The problem is that your JRE got corrupted. This can happen in the case 
where you might have some time removed the java folder from the programs 
files. Now when you try and install a newer version of java, it is 
expecting certain installer files to be there which are either corrupted or 
not present.
I have tried to address this issue in a separate blog as this more of a 
java/jre issue than a TBC issue.

Tip: On windows you can move around your java folder but don't delete it.
