Yes, in terms of the API you may need to first collect the class2Query map by taking all rules (including those from OWL RL file) into consideration. Check the source code of SPINInferences on what this is doing.

TopBraid also removes any spin:LibraryOntology from the query graph, i.e. these are ignored during inferences, and the system triples too, by default.

Finally, TopBraid has a post-processor that deletes some "trivial" inferences such as redundant rdfs:subClassOf and rdf:type triples.

In Composer, the OWL 2 RL rules at imported via spin:imports instead of owl:imports. This is a way to let the SPIN engine know not to run rules over those triples. There's a good chance that us the problem, but if not let us know.

Hi,

I've created some SPIN rules in TBC. When running the inference I get the results of this functions in the Inferences-View. Running the inferences of the same model in the SPIN API I get thousands of inferred tuples containing the owlrl inferences of all system tuples. Is there a way to filter the results to get the same result link in TBC?

Many thanks in advance
