Yes, the alternative setup is TopBraid Live.  This is designed from
the ground-up as a multi-user server platform.  Composer does not
support support multi-user operations through remote back-ends
explicitly.  Although this can be configured to work, we not not put
any effort into testing such configuration.

Please contact [email protected] for a quote on purchasing a TBL
server.  They can talk about pricing options, which are quite
flexible.
