Fuseki can handle SPARQL query and SPARQL update requests. It would be most convinient if TBC could update the backend store via SPARQL update queries.
This is a new feature in the FUSEKI server but I think there is a good chance this is the way the Semantic Web will evolve based on light weight protocols. I highly recommend to download FUSEKI and play with the new update features.
