There are many ways to save inferences:
  - assert individual inferences: see Help > How to? > Make inferences
persistent
  - assert selected instances: Help > User Interface Overview >
Inferences View
  - save the inference graph Help > How to? > Run and Configure
Inference Engines
  - use SPARQLMotion to build a set of triples (a graph) that is save
to any format supported by TopBraid: see
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/SPARQLMotion.html.
This takes a bit of effort, but is a very flexible medium for saving
reasoning results an many other SPARQL-based transformations.
