Actually, I think you are out of compliance of the TSM. See http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_purchase_set.html. Support and maintenance are annual with a renewal fee as stated in the purchase page. You can download any version of Composer during a valid TSM and use that version forever. But you can only use a new version of Composer during a valid TSM period.
