Hi, Looking at the SPIN API at http://topbraid.org/spin/api/. I downloaded the distros for spin and spin-base and found they are the exact same file. They look to both be SPIn and SPIN-Base is missing. Also, After my first blink at the docs I haven't been able to determine quickly the difference between SPIN base and SPIN. I suggest adding a column to the libraries table for comments so that the user can get what's what quickly. Also, you are probably already aware but ARQ is about to roll out version 2.10.0 soon, so it might be worth rolling a new version of SPIN for compatibility.
