Chris; In the jena:rules property, choose the context menu (small triangle) next to the property name and choose "add empty row".

You may also want to take a look at SPIN (http://www.topquadrant.com/products/SPIN.html) which provides a more standards-friendly way of defining rules via SPARQL.

I am able to add jena:rules Annotation to a resource by pasting in the rule as a String.

However, I can't seem to be able to insert multiple rules in.

I was wondering if this is possible?

I need to put multiple rules in because in my first rule I put in some triples as flags, however I need a second rule to run which removes these flags.
