Steve, D2RQ is for SQL databases, and as you said, DynamoDB is a NoSQL database. For working with DynamoDB's data from within TBCME, since DynamoDB uses JSON as its message format ( http://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/DataFormat.html) one option to consider would be a SPARQLMotion script that uses the sml:ConvertJSONToRDF module. I have had some fun myself using this to read Twitter's API, converting the retrieved data to triples, and then issuing SPARQL queries over the accumulated data.
You can find out more about this module in the online help, under TopBraid Composer -> Reference -> SPARQLMotion Module Library Reference.
