Paul; In that case I'd suggest using
an ApplyConstruct with replace=true to query out
the triples you want, then export the RDF
file. With this method,
you have full control over what triples
are passed on the export module.

OK, I see that I have to set ignoreImports on my main
file, which has been loaded from the workspace, to true and add
all the graphs that I want.
However I would prefer to keep the main file with all the imports,
since I need all graphs for querying and inferencing and it is
only at the end that I do not want to export them all.

that case use an sml:ImportRDFFromWorkspace/sml:ImportRDFFromURL/etc. and tie these to a module that
saves the resulting triple stream in a file/connector/export module.
For documentation, the tutorial at http://www.topquadrant.com/products/SPARQLMotion.html
goes over this pretty well.

When asking in TBC an export, more
specifically an export/merge/convert graphs, I can indicate
which graphs, of all the ones I have imported in my main
file, to include in the export.
Now I want to use SPARQLMotion for doing the same (to do an
export/merge), but I do not see where and how to influence
the graphs that I want to include.
Any pointer into the documentation?
