Scott, I followed those instructions assiduously. But I figure out what's happening. After editing and starting TBCME, TopBraid Composer.ini is overwritten with the contents of TopBraid Composer.ini.orig. TopBraid Composer.ini.orig had the original small value. I'm now enjoying the benefits of all the ram I installed :-) Kevin
