Instances view always by default lists resources in the alphabetic order. Running inferences makes no changes to the order.
If you want a different order, you will need to specify it. You could create another property, for example, call it :displayOrder. Enter desired values for it - 1 for Tokyo, 2 for London and 3 for Barcelona, then add the column for this property to the Instances view and click on it to use it for sorting. To add a column to the Instances view drag and drop the property into the heading of the view or use a menu option (click on the downfacing triangle icon to see menu options for the view) to select the property.
