spl:ObjectCountPropertyConstraint, but I suppose it has to be in the
SPL ontology then? Which version are you referring to, since I can't
find it in mine (<owl:versionInfo
rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string";>1.2.0</owl:versionInfo).
The current SPL version is 1.2.3. It is bundled with the latest SPIN API
(etc folder in the jar) and TBC. However, it was not online as you
correctly point out, so I have updated it there too: http://spinrdf.org/spl
