Yes the co-ode.org server has been taken down, I guess after the funding
for the original project expired. I have contacted Matthew Horridge and
he pointed me at this new location:
http://owl.cs.manchester.ac.uk/co-ode-files/ontologies/pizza.owl
I have changed the source code accordingly, for the next SPIN API release.
