I've seen this happen a couple of time. I have a SPARQLMotion file with some objects in the graph. I delete one or more, and save the file. The object are gone. I then run the Script, and it runs as if I never made a change. ALso, I close the file, and reopen, I go to the graph, select Edit/View SPARQLMotion Script, and the objects are back. How do I delete objects from a Graph. Thanks, RockyW
