Rocky;  The URL (qname) you specified for the name of the function is not valid or a duplication of another name.  One suggestion is to re-open the wizard and use the prefix it defines (the part before the ":"), editing just the local name (the part after the ":").  Another is to define the namespace for the prefix 'myservice' in the Ontology Home of the .sms file.
