Thanks for your reply. As per your reply I need to setup the development 
environment for TBCME-4.5.0 Beta. So I tried to setup the development 
environment for TBC-4.5.0 beta using the steps as you mentioned in 
earlier(for TBCME-4.4.0) mail, but I got below error.
