Update:

I've tried to access the same resource using a browser via:

localhost:8083/tbl/swp?_resource=<resource URI>

My PC is chewing up a small amount of CPU and the memory footprint of TBC
has grown from 1-2GB to over 10GB.  My guess is that it is downloading all
the triples from the Oracle triple store.

Any way to tell what is happening?
