It seems that I was using an older version that was attempting imports from files that no longer exists at their referenced locations, thanks. I assume this means TBC will still do imports of files with ".owl" extensions? It just won't let you view files with ".owl" extensions (I have changed mine to ".rdf" to view it in TBC)..
