I am not sure what you are referring to - could you provide some more
details? I have opened the shaclsquare example in TBC-FE 5.0.1 and then
go to ex:Rectangle and use Create property constraint... from the menu
behind sh:property to add a new property, and don't see problems.
Neither do I see duplicates when I add an empty row.
