One can certainly use TBC to create the following triples: RDF Turtle Syntax: _:x rdf:type owl:AllDisjointClasses ; owl:members ( :Mother :Father :YoungChild ) . By using the approach demonstrated in Michel’s e-mail. However, one can’t just type in TBC the Manchester syntax short cut "DisjointClasses: Mother Father YoungChild" The original question, however, was about owl:disjointUnionOf. By default, this property is hidden and doesn’t appear on a form for a class. To use it, change the Preferences so this property appears in the Properties View. Select a class you want to specify as a disjoint union of some other classes, drag the property into the class form and list these other classes within the square brackets as shown below. Square brackets indicate rdf:List.
