Jack, Have you tried using SPIN with AllegroGraph? If so, I would be interested in your findings. You can e-mail me off list. To my knowledge, there is some SPIN support, but it is limited and I don¹t know to what extend it has been used. I don¹t believe you can necessarily use exactly the same semantic web applications - this depends on how the applications have been developed and what features they use, but this is a longer and more contextual discussion.
