Handling Table documents with Semantic Tables
which has the ability to instantiate existing classes and properties
that are stored in a separate file.

Jack,
I think if you create a new empty graph, owl:import an ontology into
it, then you should be able to import tab-delimited data into the new
graph while using the classes and properties from the ontology.
I have not tested this, but think it will work. I have to admit, I
have not used the tab-delimited importer in TBC in well over a year
because importers we have in EVN/EDG typically suit me much better -
they are less techy, can create relationships out of columns, etc.

There seem to be 2 ways in TBC to import Tab-Delimited data: (1) into
a new graph, or (2) into an existing graph. The latter allows you to
use the classes and properties defined in that graph, which is nice,
but doesn't really support a 'separation of concerns' approach.
Specifically, I want to keep vocabulary content (instances) separate
from class/property definition graphs. So what I seek is a way to
import data into a vocabulary (instance) graph that itself imports a
schema (class and property) graph. I do not see this capability in
TBC at present and would like to recommend it as a useful feature
(since I just spent a large amount of time making this happen manually).
