Hi, I'm trying to open the Disgen ontology of 2.95 GB with top braid. Unfortunately the load take up to 5 five minutes and finally it shows an error: "Unhandled event loop exception - GC overhead limit excedeed". I believed the -xmx option was too low so I have increased it from 2048 to 4096 without good results.
It is able to open less-sized ontology like the OMIM or the HDO.
