If you are seeing an error about teamwork not defined then probably you
are using the default app to view data models that were either created
with EVN/EDG or that have customized forms that somehow reference the
teamwork JavaScript code. Please try something like kennedys to begin with.

Works for me. What browser version is this? And do you see any error
in the JavaScript console? (On Chrome, use right-click -> Inspect ->
