Ok, now I see what you mean. Neither the tree nor the sh:property
widgets in the web UIs use that ordering. It also wouldn't really make
sense to do that because often the properties are grouped into different
sh:groups, and thus the same sh:order value would be used multiple
times, and the display would probably very confusing.
If you select a class in the Ontology Editor, it's context "gear" menu
has an entry to display a window with a clickable preview of the layout
by property groups.

precedence over the alphabetical order already.
