CDE is a pre-commercial solution developed as part of an EU R&D project called Virtual Construction for Roads (V-Con). See: https://www.rijkswaterstaat.nl/english/about-us/doing-business-with-rijkswaterstaat/v-con/index.aspx It is “still a thing” but not part of our normal product solution suite at the moment. Being pre-commercial, it is only available via direct negotiation with TopQuadrant on a case-by-case basis and aimed at organisations involved in Building & Construction, Infrastructure (e.g. Road Network) Management, Engineering Asset Management, etc. industries.
