We are trying to identify the Personal Data of a user captured by the
EDG/EVN application database. This is to make sure that our EDG/EVN
application instance is in compliance with EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and to be able to fulfill the Data Subject's(user's)
request(s) for Erasure/Rectification of their personal data stored in
EDG/EVN application database.
My understanding is that the personal data of a user stored in EDG/EVN
applications database is email-id only, nothing else. And the fields of
Taxonomy/Ontology that hold the user's email-id are creator
(<http://rdfs.org/sioc/ns#has_creator>) , manager
(<http://topbraid.org/teamwork#manager>) and last
change(<http://topbraid.org/teamwork#lastChange>) only, nothing else.
Could someone please check and let me know that whether my
understanding is correct or not?
