Is there a capability in TBCME Maestro Edition to compare the nodes of two taxonomies to identify name matches or near matches and validate matches based on annotations and other descriptive information?
Taxonomic comparison tools have been built in the Bio-diversity space against standard reference taxonomies, but we are looking for a more generic capability that can be used in other problem domains.
