Monica, Please provide a detailed step by step description of what you are doing, the kind of error you are getting and what you expect the result to be. It is not clear, for example, what you mean by the “second step”.
I see that you have attached a file and it looks like your data is not really tabular but rather contain a hierarchy of some sort. None of the spreadsheet import options in TBC directly supported building a hierarchy.
