Purvi, We make use of all the vocabularies you mentioned in our EDG projects, as well. We have found NLM's UMLS project to be enormously helpful, since it provides many crosswalks between these vocabularies (and others). We have chosen to create a TDB out of (a subset of) the UMLS and deploy that to our EDG servers as an uneditable Ontology project that is imported by our other projects for reference.
