Assuming you're using TBC, you should be able to make use of the 'Import
triples from this file into current model' option.

Open your local TCH graph in composer (the .tdb/.xdb files)
Right click on the corresponding prod tch turtle file export in the project
explorer and choose Import
Under TopBraid Composer on the Import dialog choose 'Import triples from
this file into current model'
