You can only be sure with a test, but I expect that is beyond OWL RL. I had a quick look at the RL profile and only see very simple equivalentClass axioms - see Table 7 in: https://www.w3.org/TR/owl-profiles/#Reasoning_in_OWL_2_RL_and_RDF_Graphs_using_Rules.
