David, Good to know that normally 6.3 to 6.4 has no issues.
I mean with ontotogy, the data type ontology in EDG, so including SHACL. The issue I have is that no classes that are made public are available in the data graph editor. I think it might be cause by my workflow: - create onto in EDG 6.3 - export onto from composer 6.3 to some place - import onto in composer 6.4 - *include *in EDG 6.4 onto The import and include did cause my issue. Now imported the ontology file into a newly created ontology in EDG; that worked fine. Thank you for limiting the range of possible causes.
