Yes those shouldn't be opening new tabs. We'll see if we can get this
adjusted for 6.4 final.

opens in a new tab.
This is intentional and desirable. A typical use case is that when
you're in an instance graph and want to visit the Ontology. The
difference to the other places is that it's a drop down menu, and you
don't even have the choice of doing a Command-Click (or at least that
would be very uncommon).
