Thanks for the report, Christine. This will be fixed for 7.0.2.
Meanwhile you can get to this wizard if you use the File > Import menu
instead of right-clicking an existing file in the explorer.

I have a new dataset to import and have converted it to tsv, all ready
to be mapped. However when I try to use the wizard, the file selection
screen is completely blank (see Workspace Log error below the pop up
window - I tried several times).
I've got a bunch of spreadsheets to convert for my current project,
any ideas on a work around or ETA for a fix?
