Yes, and the challenge is that to properly extract/copy this part of the
ontology, you would need a recursive language that allows you to drill
into (nested) nodes and copy their properties, then the properties of
those etc. SPARQL alone cannot express recursion, so you'd need some
scripting language around it. The non-free TopBraid products have
various solutions for that, including SWP and ADS (JavaScript).
