As of about two years ago, the support for non-Jena triplestores in Composer was removed. Unused features occasionally get removed to stop wasting dev resources. I see, but have never used, a Sesame connection in TBCME 6.1.1 but not in TBCME 6.2.4 so appears you’ll need to use an old 6.1 release of Composer if you need that feature.
