There is occasional interest in the compact syntax but there is no active 
working group or community group that would officially extend it. So it’s up to 
individuals taking initiative. The Jena API has pretty good coverage, which led 
me to remove my own implementation from the TopBraid SHACL API as that become 
redundant.

For further discussion on this topic, the SHACL channel on the Discord platform 
may be better than this mailing list.
