I admit this is not written well. Details in the changes-7.6.0.txt show this was "TBS-5044: ValueTableViewer now renders cells with multiple assets as hyperlinks." So it's only for dash:ValueTableViewer which you probably don't even need. The ticket was labeled TBS-5668: The search export now has the option to flatten nested columns and export only visible columns.
