Hello Curtis, The roadmap addresses the issue that all the editors are based on new releases of the Eclipse components (EMF, GEF,...).
On TOPCASED V1.x.x releases and V2.x.x releases, the UML2 editor is based on the same metamodel. That's not the case for the SysML editor. We need to provide specific means to transform SysML models and that's an open issue. We will give more information around this issue soon. From reading the release notes and roadmap any 1.x.x model will convert to 2.0.0M6 except SysML's: requirements diagrams block definition diagrams internal block diagrams parametric diagrams Ecores or other diagrams the SysML editor uses would convert like the activity from UML, but the blocks won't.
