Thanks to Jacques, the problem has been identified and fixed. It will be
available for the next Topcased version.
For version 2.0 and 2.1 of Topcased, I suggest that you fill the
getDefaultTemplateId() with the ID of one of your existing diagram.
Don't forget also to put "NOT" after the tag "@generated" in the
Javadoc. Otherwise, your fix will disappear on the next generation.
