I an not sure I have well understood your problem. So I will answer in
the two ways I understand ;)
1- Move the partition and the action defined within it :
You have to make a selection of the zone of your partition (click on the
upper left corner of your partition, keep clicking and release the
button at the lower right corner of your partition). Like this you
should have your partition selected along with the elements contained in it.
Then you just have to move this selection and all the elements selected
should tag along.
2- The property InPartition
The refresh of this property is made by calculating the position of the
partition and its related action.
If the two elements are displayed in the diagram, and if the action is
fully contained in the partition, then the InPartition property and its
corresponding property for partition ("Node") are set.
If you move your partition, and if your action is not contained
graphically in the partition, then the action is not considered anymore
in the partition.
If you work on a diagram where only one of these two elements is
displayed, their relation's properties(InPartition, Node) shouldn't be
updated.
2. It appears that activity diagrams support in topcased is from UML. However, it is my understanding that in SysML
activitity diagrams are modified from the standard UML version. Yet, it appears that activity diagrams one can generate
in topcased seem to do all that SysML activity diagrams can do or want. Is there any difference in topcased's activity
diagram in UML models versus activity diagrams in SysML models?
We have not implemented yet the SysML Activity diagram.
The activity diagram available in the SysML editor is the one from UML
(not a single modification has been made).
