Hi: I understand that, at least currently, topcased can't be built by ordinary users like myself. (I believe topcased has to be built by the main development group that is located in france.)
Is it anticipated that a time will come when it will be possible to build topcased by anyone? Also, I wanted to try to look at the "SysML metamodel" (if indeed such a thing exists), is that viewable someplace? Thanks.
