I changed the priority from 3 to 4 as requested.
Concerning contribution, there are several levels :
1/ first is about specification - help us in interpret the OMG
specification when there are confusions and suggest solutions when
things to implement are not so clear.
=> this dialog takes place in the GForge Tracker through
comments on the feature request or the bug. You must be identified to
participate to such a discussion.
Note : you can subscribe to the feature request tracker or/and the
bug tracker to receive each (or digest) modification.
2/ second is about implementation of a solution : you can suggest a
solution, comment it or participate to the solution by sending some
code (a CVS patch is the best contribution) that we can then test
before commiting it.
I suggest starting with the first level in the tracker and then when we
all agree (with other end users) on a given solution then we can split
the work into tasks some of them you could lead.

OK, I have entered a feature request w/ the default priority of 3 (I
could not find a way to change it.) Also, when you ask about contribute
on it do you mean code contributions or something else? I would be able
to put in an effort coding vise, but I am new to all this (though
experienced otherwise.)
