After some testing I was able to find the source of the problems. The simulator are working fin and its all user mistake (in fact me). My apologies for the inconvenience given with these emails. Source of this problem is that while using the "ExampleFlashingLightMultiInstances" with the "FlashingLights.umldi", I chose "Graphic UML Animator" instead of the correct "Basic UML Initializer". The reason for this mistake was that I confused myself with filenames from "ExampleFlashingLights" and "ExampleFlashingLightMultiInstances" projects, they are the same. I suppose while simulating MultiInstances it is not possible to run with Graphic UML Animator. Or to view the states of the state machines, there must be another work around.
