Daniel, I agree with Benoit.
SysML is derived from UML2 metamodel with some extensions to enforce its aims in the system modeling task. If you read the SysML Specification about State Machines you saw that are no extensions from UML2 State Machines. You can use the same UML2 State Machines in SysML models.
