Just another note: we have inter-model references and we are using a SysML profile. Regarding the issue related to the performance, it seems that the problem we have originates when the SysML profile is applied to our models, in fact if I unapply the profile from the models the time necessary to load a diagram drastically decrease; I don't know if this is already know.
