Hello Sameer, most Topcased components are released under EPL 1.0 (see http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/epl-v10.php ). The main exception is gPM, our meta changes management tool, released under LGPL.
You should find information regarding licensing for each component on their GForge home page (i.e. https://gforge.enseeiht.fr/projects/gpm for gpm, etc.). Nevertheless, as we are constantly developing new components, you may find unclear licensing information here and there. In such case, please contact the component leader and ask him to clarify the situation. Do you plan to contribute part of your training materials under an open source license ?
