Hello Thomas, Topcased can handle more than one input metamodel, the principle is that they match to the metamodels used in the transformation. In fact, addition of the UML driver, needed to treat profiles, has leaded to add a new launch method (it seems) that is unknown at this time of Topcased. We have tested the transformations in the ATL context but due to the unknown date of integration of the UML2 driver we have not adapted the launch to the new context in Topcased. You can open a feature request on the gforge site, or contribute to the transformation (org.topcased.transformation from memory) plugin. I think a way would be to complete the schema involded in the description of the extension point (to add profile matadata) first. Second, as regards to launch procedures of ATL, some code in the Topcased module will be necessary.
